Unable to download backups from Hub

Hi, I'm receiving an XML error when attempting to download a site backup from my Hub.

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
    <Message>The specified key does not exist.</Message>

    Hi Keith,

    Can you please tell me which backup file are you trying to download?
    Because when I check your account you have only one backup on our server, the latest one that's few hours old.
    Your other three backups from 12 hours, 1 and 2 days, are all on your server and if you try to download those files from Hub you will see the error you mentioned.
    If you want to download one of those three then go to your site admin and download them from Snapshot panel there.
