    Hi Saad ,

    Hope you're doing well today!

    Regarding to your questions:

    1) Have you "granted extended permissions" in the Permissions & Tokens tab? If yes, can you try resetting the auth token? (please, see image 1)

    2) Ultimate Facebook will only import the comments from Facebook to your WordPress, not from WordPress to your Facebook.

    Also, can you give us access to your admin panel, so we can check your issue?

    If you don't already know, please, follow the link below, to see how enable the staff login:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    When you enable this option, please post again!

    Cheers, Luís

    Hi

    I have reset the auth token and now the issue have solved (Point 1)

    Regarding point 2, now there is a problem, when i imported comments, it says one thought on "Article Name", and doesnot displays the actual comment. Please help me solve that.

    Secondly also address the third issue that is of responsiveness of the plugin, the comment box and comments which is shown on website.

    i have also given you access so you can check the issue.

    Hi Saad ,

    Hope you're doing well today!

    1) I am not sure, but seems that "Articles" and "Posts" aren't using a comment template. Just to make a test, can you please switch to the default WordPress theme (Twenty Sixteen) and test the commment feature of Ultimate Facebook.

    2) Regarding to the responsiveness of the commnent box, can you try this CSS code:

    .fb_iframe_widget span {
        width: 100% !important;
    }
    .wdfb-fb_comments iframe {
        width: 100% !important;
    }
    .fb_iframe_widget {
        display: inline !important;
    }

    If you don't know, you should always avoid change the original CSS files, in order to don't lose it all when you make an update.

    So, we recommend use a plugin to add custom CSS:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/

    Hi Saad

    Hope you had a wonderful day.

    I went to this page (http://www.bikkjami.no/articles/316/) and it says "2 kommentarer". I can see both the comments there. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

    I also checked responsiveness of the comment box, and seems like it's behaving responsive. Please check the attached screenshot for reference.

    For removing the link at the bottom of comments iframe which says "Facebook Comments Plugin", please use the following custom CSS Code:

    ._5lm5 {
      font-size: 11px;
    }

    You can add this to a theme's stylesheet, in a child theme, or using a plugin like My Custom CSS.

    Please let us know if you have any confusion. We will be glad to help further.

    Have a nice day. Cheers!

    Responsiveness issue is ok. When i added the code given by Luis, it works fine. The only issue is of now facebook comments

    The comments you just saw were the comments made by the people on the website. But the issue is that whenever we try to import comments from facebook, from the same post on facebook, the comments are imported in the backend, but don't show on the frontend. On the frontend, it only says 3 thoughts "Topic name" but shows nothing.

    For your ease i have imported the comments on the same post, and now it only tells there are three comments but doesn't show. Moreover it has also hide the previous comments which were added by user using the site.

    I am also attaching the screenshot so you can understand

    You can also check the same url and compare it to the version you just checked before. This is the result of just importing the comments

    Hey Saad ,

    I hope you are having a nice day so far!

    When I open the post I can see there is a JS error :

    This means jQuery is loaded after Bootstrap and this is causing the site to stop working properly:

    When you are logged in and viewing the aforementioned article, you can see that the WP Dashboard is not shown, which means that error is stopping the whole site script flow from loading, including the Ullitame Facebook one.

    Please do a quick test - disable all plugins and switch to a default WP theme (e.g. TwentySixteen). This issue may be caused by a plugin or your theme. If the issue is not present after your test, you can switch to your theme and then enable plugins one by one until the issue appears again. Then you will know which is the culprit and decide whether you need it or not.

    If the issue persists however, I would ask you to send over FTP credentials so we can make some tests. Please backup your site and explicitly give permission for us to enable and disable plugins and themes for test purposes ( we will be careful! ).

    You can send that privately through our contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

    Select "I have a different question" for your topic.

    Send in:

    Subject: "Attn: Ivan Shulev"
    -WordPress admin username
    -WordPress admin password
    -login url
    -FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    -link back to this thread for reference
    -any other relevant urls

    Thank you and I wish you an awesome day ahead!

    I also looked for your username and there was only a chat from more than 10 days ago.

    Please try sending them again as I described above.

    Hey Saad ,

    I enabled WP Debugging on your site and got the following error in the error log:

    [28-Apr-2016 15:26:13 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function twentyfifteen_comment_nav() in /home/sites/newtestingurlforsupport.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/bikkja/comments.php on line 33

    This function (twentyfifteen_comment_nav) was not defined in your theme and it was causing a fatal error, which was stopping the execution flow of WordPress. I replaced it with the default code suggested by WordPress (https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/template-files-section/partial-and-miscellaneous-template-files/comments/#comment-pagination):

    <?php
        // Are there comments to navigate through?
        if ( get_comment_pages_count() > 1 && get_option( 'page_comments' ) ) :
    ?>
    <nav class="navigation comment-navigation" role="navigation">
        <h1 class="screen-reader-text section-heading"><?php _e( 'Comment navigation', 'twentythirteen' ); ?></h1>
        <div class="nav-previous"><?php previous_comments_link( __( '? Older Comments', 'twentythirteen' ) ); ?></div>
        <div class="nav-next"><?php next_comments_link( __( 'Newer Comments ?', 'twentythirteen' ) ); ?></div>
    </nav><!-- .comment-navigation -->
    <?php endif; // Check for comment navigation ?>

    You can find this code on line 33 of the comments.php file in your bikkja theme root folder.

    Now the facebook comments are appearing as they should.

    I wish you an awesome day ahead!

    Hi Ivan

    Thanks for your quick reply. But still there is a problem when you click reply to any of the comment, as nothing happens.

    And another point is that the functionality doesn't worked as claimed. To elaborate my point i am attaching a clip from the video of this plugin, which shows how this plugin should work, but it's not working that way.

    This clip is from the following video :-

    Please guide regarding this

    Thanks

    Hey Saad ,

    But still there is a problem when you click reply to any of the comment, as nothing happens.

    This appears for your custom article post type. You can see the reply functionality is working for the default posts - http://176.32.230.52/newtestingurlforsupport.com/post-10/

    There is something wrong with the custom code you added and it is beyond the scope of our support. You can post the task on our jobs board if you have problems fixing this - https://premium.wpmudev.org/jobs/

    a clip from the video of this plugin, which shows how this plugin should work, but it's not working that way.

    The video is from 2013. There have been many improvements and changes with this plugin over the past 3 years. Facebook API version 2 was implemented in 2014 and it restricted the capabilities of the plugin (Facebook restricted access to user data).

    I hope this helps and I wish you an awesome day ahead!

    Ivan
