Unable to restore a managed backup

Restoring managed backup from the 12th of November leads to an error:
WP_DEBUG doesn't create a log file at all.
Please create managed back up before restoring to backup from the 12th.

    Really sorry for missing this!

    Would you still like us to have a look on this? Usually this is due to server timing out.

    If importing a managed backup fails, I would suggest to exclude plugins or/and uploads folders from backup. Then create new local backups with excluded folders. After restoring the managed backup ( which should be lighter for server to handle ) you can import the local backup separately.
