Upfront 1.0 Fullscreen region background image not showing

I am running a MAMP server locally on a Macbook Pro and try edit a page using Upfront 1.0
on a localhost server.

I am trying to use a fullscreen region with a background image.
With Upfront 1.0 I see for example the following code is generated for my background image:

data-src-desktop='//localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/x300-rear.jpg'

This URL works if I type it in the browser:
http://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/x300-rear.jpg

I see loading this icon works:

<div class="upfront-image-container" style="width:84px;">
<img src="//localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/mobimation-logo150-84x70-1914.jpg" alt="" title="" />
</div>

But as mentioned this code for the bg image fails:

data-src-desktop='//localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/x300-rear.jpg'

So I guess in the first example the "a href" contains a http:// reference that takes effect for the icon but in the "data-src-desktop" syntax no such "prepping" takes place ?

Is this an upfront 1.0 code generation bug or caused by some setup issue I might have ?

    Hin @gunnarforsgren,

    Hope you are doing good today :slight_smile:

    I tested upfront on my MacBook pro, I have configured upfront on vagrant and its working fine for me. The only issue I faced were dependencies of scripts/styles that I fixed by adding following code in wp-config.php file before the line that says stop editing.

    define('UPFRONT_DEBUG_LEVELS', 'dependencies');

    Hope that helps! If its still not loading then please check any error message in JS console and post that here so we can debug it further.

    Take care and have a nice day :slight_smile:
    Cheers, Sajid
