Upfront editor keeps on loading for a hours

I have installed and activated multisite and wanted to activate/edit the Fixer theme.
After a few text customizations this page http://kompletnet.dk/?editmode=true loads forever. I have refreshed after an hour and shut it down and reopened - nothing changes.
Do anyon have a suggestion, please?

Best regards Henrik

    Hey Henrik,

    Hope you're doing well today :slight_smile:

    You mentioned that you were able to add few text elements to your site before this started happening, does the issue started just by adding those elements or you also installed/updated some of your plugins?

    I see some errors even on your front end and that's most likely causing the issues with editor as well, can you try adding this rule to your .htaccess file and see if it works after that:

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterRemove 00318
    </IfModule>

    Best regards,
    Predrag

    Hey Predrag,

    Thank you, I'm fine thx and you?

    I didn't update anything. I just changed some of the headlines and two pictures on the Fixer theme (usng the Upfront editor).

    I have added the rule to .hhtaccess file, but the editor continously loads:

    # BEGIN WordPress
    <IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
    RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
    </IfModule>

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $2 [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(.*\.php)$ $2 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterRemove 00318
    </IfModule>

    # END WordPress

    Maybe I have to start all over and reinstall all?

    Thanks and regards Henrik

    Hello Henrik!

    I think it would be good to start with clearing up your site's .htaccess file a little. Is it sub-domain or sub-folder based install?

    If it's a sub-domain based Multisite (meaning that all sub-sites are under sub-domains of your main domain, e.g. "subsiteA.domain.com", "subsiteB.doman.com" etc) then use this code:

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^wp-admin$ wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L]
    RewriteRule ^(.*\.php)$ $1 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]

    If it's a sub-folder install (so sub-sites are available e.g. at "domain.com/subsiteA", "domain.com/subsiteB" etc) use this code:

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $2 [L]
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?(.*\.php)$ $2 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]

    To apply it to your site please edit your current .htaccess file, remove everything that's inside an paste one of the codes above (depending on the kind of your WP install). Then please add code suggested by Predrag and give it another spin please.

    If this still doesn't help, could you please grant me a support access to your site so I could take a closer look? To o this, please follow this guide:
