Upfront not saving changes, permissions issue?

Upfront is not saving any changes I make and says it has encountered an error. Is there any permission I need to check or anything else?

    I checked console and found this:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 413 (Request Entity Too Large)

    upfront-util.js:83 [UPFRONT]: Arguments[1]

    Do I need to go to my host with this and what do I tell them?

    That’s strange we have never reported such issue before getting 413 error. Would you mind checking for plugins and themes conflict to make sure its not causing due to a conflict. You can find more details about how to make a conflict test on getting support manual.

    If you are still getting this error then please grant support staff access so I can take a closer look. To grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access or see this manual.
