Upfront text editor bug with text containing carriage returns

I'm currently working with UpFront and Spirit and doing text editing, I replaced the background image with a much darker (black and grey based) picture. Consequently, I needed to change the color of the font on the wording in "region 15" from black to white.

What I came to find out was that when attempting to change the color of multiple words, the upfront editor will only allow you to do so, if your text does not include carriage returns. If there are carriage returns present upfront will make no changes to the selected text at all.

Not a huge deal breaker but something I figured worth noting.

Sincerely,

    Hi there @Perry

I hope you are having a great day!

I just tested that on my own site and, indeed, you cannot apply a text color to multiple paragraphs. one needs to do that one paragraph at a time. That could get a bit tedious, I agree.

I've flagged this as a bug and have notified the theme developers. Thanks for pointing that out.

Thank NAME, for their help.
