Upgrade to Quarterly Gold not giving access to apps

I have upgraded to the Quarterly Gold to add another one of your plugins but I get an Upgrade To Install Button and am caught in an infinite frustrating loop.

I have signed out and signed back in. The status is displayed correctly within your dashboard but still cant install

    Hi @James,

    It can sometimes take a few hours to update with the API.

    Could you try going to Dashboard > wpmudev > updates

    then click update now link (as in the screenshot), not sure if that will work in this case or not. I've checked your account and everything is in order.

    Can you try going to the project pages for the plugins using your browser & logging in (not using the dashboard plugin) and see if you can download/inastall the plugins when using the browser instead of the dashboard plugin?
