I was previous using version (1.4.5) of the Appointments+ plugin and installed the updated version (1.4.8).
The settings require a payment (deposit) to be made before a booking can be made.
When a booking has been made the confirmation email isn't sent - even though the funds have been taken from my PayPal account. The booking is also placed in the 'Pending' section rather than the active appointments.
How can this be resolved? Is this a common issue with the plugin being upgraded?
