I really need someone to login and take a look at this. I’ve got the CEO and president asking me what’s wrong. Some of the members were able to login yesterday and download documents – now even the ones that could, can’t download today. I don’t know what’s going on here. Prior to updating the membership plugin, everything was fine — now it’s a mess. I received an email from WPMU informing me that it may take 3-5 days for a response … high volumes of request? I can’t wait that long – this is a big problem. PLEASE help.
