Urgent: Fundraiser thank you page is incorrectly directing

Hi-

Once a donation is made user is being redirected to
http://greenwell.gatherwell.com/blog/greenfundraisers/fundraiser name]/thank-you/

Under settings the correct url for the thank you page is without the "blog"
http://greenwell.gatherwell.com/greenfundraisers/fundraiser name]/thank-you/

I don't know why the "blog" portion is showing up in the url as there was no additional customization, and there seems to be no way to fix/redirect to the correct thank you page.

Thanks,
Cynthia

    Hi there @gatherwell

Thanks for the info, when I visit greenwell.gatherwell.com/greenfundraisers
Then click on the fundraiser it displays fine with no "blog" in the domain/url for about 10 seconds then my page reloaded to the same page but with "blog" in the domain/url.

Could you paste your .htaccess file please? Do you have any redirection plugins installed at all or a caching plugin?

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards
    Jack (Coding-Monkey).

Here it is (hope this is right):

    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # uploaded files
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?files/(.+) wp-includes/ms-files.php?file=$2 [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^([_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/)?wp-admin$ $1wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L]
    RewriteRule ^[_0-9a-zA-Z-]+/(.*\.php)$ $1 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]

    Hi there @gatherwell

I hope that you are well today, I was just going through some old threads and noticed that this one hasn't been resolved yet.

I do apologize about that and the extreme delay that has happened here.

I've taken a read through the thread and the above .htaccess is correct if you was on WordPress 3.4 and upgraded, but if this was a fresh install on 3.5 it's incorrect and should be `RewriteEngine On
    RewriteBase /
    RewriteRule ^index\.php$ - [L]

    # add a trailing slash to /wp-admin
    RewriteRule ^wp-admin$ wp-admin/ [R=301,L]

    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -f [OR]
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d
    RewriteRule ^ - [L]
    RewriteRule ^(wp-(content|admin|includes).*) $1 [L]
    RewriteRule ^(.*\.php)$ wp/$1 [L]
    RewriteRule . index.php [L]`

But only if this was a fresh install on 3.5 version of WordPress.

Please let me know if you still need assistance on this issue, I'm more than happy to help and I'm sorry to see about that delay that you have experienced so far.

    Kind Regards
    Jack.
