URGENT... Missing Subdomain on Protectionrules

Valued Support-Team,

we are missing our sub domain 'ABOUTME' listed in the protectionrule section of Membership2PRO! See attached screenshot.

But, membership2Pro is visible on the domain itself :grinning:

We cleared cache on all domains... no success
We activated on sub domain... no sucess
We deactivated/reactivated membership2PRO plugin... no success

Please help us out to solve that issue. We believe you need for that direct server access... so please, request for it and we will forward credentials straight away.

Looking forward hearing from you soon.

    Hey there Prinz,

    Happy to help with this!

Yes, access to your wp-admin would be helpful here and sending in FTP now will avoid us needing to ask for it later on if it does end up being needed

You can send that privately through our contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/

Select "I have a different question" for your topic - this and the subject line ensure that it gets assigned to me.

    Send in:

    Subject: "Attn: Tyler Postle"
    -WordPress admin username
    -WordPress admin password
    -login url
    -FTP credentials (host/username/password)
-link back to this thread for reference
    -any other relevant urls

**If you grant support access then no need to send in wp-admin.

    Look forward to hearing back!

    Hey Prinz,

Thanks for sending that info in

The reason this is happening is because you have the "Discourage search engines" option on via:

Settings > Reading. As seen in my screenshot.

When you turn that option on, it won't include that subsite in any blog query lists like that to ensure it doesn't become visible. It keeps it more individual from the rest of the sites.

If you turn that option off then you will see that the About Me site will show up in the list again.

Are you needing it to say discouraged?

Hope this helps! Look forward to hearing back.
