URGENT – Unresolved since 28/06/15…

Valued Support Team,

we strongly believe you may understand that we are utmost concerned about our requested support logged on 2015/06/28, thread https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/how-do-we-set-the-links-to-events-widgets-on-domains#post-905941 .

We do understand that everyone off you professionals has to have off time and/or a long list of support request to deal with… but in this case wouldn’t it be a nice courtesy gesture at least to send out an automated message when one can expect the next step of help…?

Thanks for your attention.

Kind regards

    Hi Prinz!

Sorry for the delay on your other thread. I’ve just responded there to let you know that out of the box, you won’t be able to display Events in a widget on a site where Events is not active, because the necessary code can’t be called when the plugin isn’t active on that site. I’ve presented a possible work around, and given you a link to our Jobs Board in case that workaround won’t work for you.

    Thanks for your feedback.
