URGENT: We just figured out, this cause problems...

Valued Support Team,

a view minutes ago we activated POST INDEXER, made settings and entered a new post....

but

we figured out, this plugin eliminate the option to PREVIEW and/or to SAVE any new post entered. Interestingly it seems to store a backup which is offered through the option RESTORE ....

however, restore works but then the screen is frozen. Please help to eliminate this issue shortly in order to be able continuing our work.

- we cleared browser and blog cache, we reset permalink... did not solve issue
- we deactivated plugin as well... but the hassle caused from Post Indexer still exists.

    Hi @Prinz,

I hope had been good today!

    1) Are you using any caching plugin (W3 Total Cache, etc..)? If yes, you tried disable this plugin?

Can you enable staff login access again?

To do this securely I will ask you too FTP access to your website.

Please send it privately through our contact form:

    Hello Luis,

thanks for looking at this case. Meanwhile we

    - deleted wp cache entirely (also emptied .htaccess cache entries)
    - optimized database
    - cleared browser cache several times and reset permalink

    result as before.

As soon as POST INDEXER is activated we discover the troubles as described above.

Forwarded to you also direct server access credentials.

Looking forward to hear from you.
    Cheers

    Hi @Prinz,

I hope had been good today!

When i tried logging in your admin panel, in fact, i found a blank page.

After access by FTP and deactivate the plugin, I did login in your admin panel and activate the plugin again.

After that, I was able to create a post and edit it.

I tested logout and login again in your admin panel and works well.

So, seems to be a plugin conflict. Can you do a simple test? Activate the plugins, one by one, and test create/update a post, in order to find, what plugin is causing the conflict.

I hope this information has been helpful. If I can help you in this or other questions, please let me know!

    Cheers, Luís
