URGENT – We urge you, please don't let us down

Valued Support Team,

please don’t get upset with us but we urge you to ask the expert on duty to jump in taking over the task.


Jude were so kind and suggest last night to contact provider which we did straight away…. result, provider referred us to contact you again. So we replied accordingly to the support request but… (see screenshot)

we did not hear from Jude by now, we assume is not on duty.

Unfortunately we can’t postpone the meeting… and as we truly trust your words and hopes we received from you guys… sorry we have no other choice to ask with deep respect:

Please pass on the issue to the expert on duty to fix the bugs as recommended by provider (see support request: Defect with Revolution Slider).
