Users add an Event on the front end?

I was using "BuddyPress Group Calendar" but I decided to switch to Events+ for various reasons.

I'm hoping to be able to (in order of importance):
a) have my users be able to create events without having to go into the back-end to do so. Similar to how they do with BuddyPress Group Calendar.

b) keep both plugins and have BuddyPress Group Calendar events integrated into Events+
