Users are getting an email even though its turned off on Automated Email Responses settings. You can see we have turned off couple of emails https://www.screencast.com/t/0FZ6QoU54PT e.g. Subscription Renewed, Subscription expires etc.
Also I have found two different ways where I can set the Automated Email Responses settings. I can go to Automated Email Responses from Membership->settings i.e. https://www.screencast.com/t/H0gXuI7t6JDJ and also from Memberships->Edit i.e. https://www.screencast.com/t/UUZf8AkT but both settings are different one allow me to change/update the content and another one is used its default templates.
I'm not sure whats happening here as this plugins Automated Email Responses functionality keep giving the issues. So, our client is not happy and upset with this. Please try to resolve the issue ASAP.
