Users Not syncing


I can not get User Synchronization to work at all. It just doesn't do anything.

It says its suspenseful but nothing changes.

I have looked at the error logs in debug mode they read:

    Thank you for the feedback and I really appreciate the debug information.

    Before I call in the lead developer to come in here and view this debug information and offer his advice/advise us to what is going on here, could you please let us know what the specifications are of your installations:

    WordPress 3.2.2?
    MultiSite or Solo
    Buddy Press 1.5.5?
    User Synchronization 1.0.1?
