USING PLUGIN APPOINTMENT+

HI

I have set up the plugin in a site for my client yourvocaltouch.com – so far sso good – have defined days available, defined resources, they are in the system, but when appointmnta are made they do not get an email advice about the appointment made to their calendar.

I was assuming there is an email sent – correct? I have tested the emails and they work – so something is not picking up their email address, or the system does not send an advice that someone has booked.

    Hi Dave,

Hope you are doing good today.

Since support access to your website isn't enabled I wasn't able to confirm the plugin settings.

At the moment, the emails are sent once the appointments are confirmed via the dashboard, under Appointments > Appointments page. Is that the workflow you are following?

Other than that, please do make sure "Send Confirmation email", and for admin alerts of pending appointments "Send Notification to admin if confirmation is required" options are enabled under Appointments > Settings > Notifications.

If you are looking for email notifications for booking in pending status, I'm afraid it'll require some custom coding. You can check whether the following workaround would help:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/forums/topic/appointment-pending-notification#post-1308246

If you still have issues with emails not getting sent even after marking it as confirmed, please grant support access so I can take a closer look.

You can grant access from WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access, or check this manual: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Please let us know once you enable access so that we could get this sorted. Have a nice weekend.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
