    Hi cornelius_butler

    Hope you're doing well!

In order to prevent indexing and showing pages/posts/custom post types in search results, you may need to add noindex meta tag to them. You can do this via SmartCrawl when you editing a page or post, just find the SmartCrawl settings block, switch to Advanced tab and turn off the Index option:

Note, this won't remove the page/post from search results immediately, the Google cache will be updated once they re-crawl your site. Be patient, it can take some time for the changes to take effect.

You can also find more information on the ways of removing URLs from search results here:

If you have any additional questions please let us know, we always are happy to help.

    Kind regards,
    Katya
