I'm trying to set up SUPPORT SYSTEM as a front end (w/o log in) ticketing system for requests for information. To be able to receive info/support requests and assign them in the back end. Does this make sense. Am I able to do this with SUPPORT SYSTEM currently. I have set it up to work in the back end:
