Using the Support Plugin If i create a ticket how can i assign it to a user (customer)

Kevin Muldoon No luck either, I'm sorry. I believe that could be done but we'll need to reach out to the plugin developers and for this I would need you to start a thread on a support forum. Either me or one of my colleagues we'll then test that again and ask Support System plugin developer how to achieve that (it will probably require either a simple snippet of additional code or some additional plugin).
