Video tutorials - access denied but membership is active

We are getting an access denied message on the integrated video tutorials but the membership is active.

    I hope you're well today and sorry to hear about the issues you're having here.

    Could you please make sure that you have entered the API key correctly by navigating to the Wordpress dashboard ==> Settings ==> WPMU DEV Video ==> WPMU DEV API Key

    If you still face the same issue, then please grant the support access via the WordPress Dashboard >> WPMU DEV Dashboard >> Support >> Staff Access >> Grant Access. So that I can take a closer look on it.

    If you have not installed WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin yet, kindly do that here: and then allow access as per the above process.
