I attempted to activate the Video Tutorials plugin, but it says the site is "already registered by you or another user - please contact support".
Yet, when I attempt to use the video tutorials it says "Access denied"....
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
I have already authorized support to access the site per instructions.
