I have only used the WPMU DEV dashboard. It was getting frustrating to be told to "mark the issue unresolved" and "look at attachments" when there is nothing FROM WITHIN THE WORDPRESS DASHBOARD that gives you those selections. They are MISSING when you are working within the WP Dashboard.
They are ONLY there IF you have logged in to the actual WPMU DEV SITE.
I can't be the only one (well maybe I am as I seem to have an innate talent at finding the one miscode everyone has missed) who has been perplexed at not being able to do as asked or find the features.
Can I (strongy) suggest that you are able to do this from WITHIN the WordPress Dashboard OR tell people to sign in if they have issues. The latter is LESS useful as you don't want to have to sign in to the site if you are using WPMU DEV dashboard within the WP dashboard.
FYI - so hopefully someone can fix it for others.
