Our set feels a little unique, so I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't supposed to work this way.
We have the pop-over showing up when you get to the site using the "visit not via an internal link" setting. We have a HubSpot form in the pop-over so users can enter their email and click submit. When they do, the HubSpot form redirects them to the same page, making Safari, Chrome and Firefox think that this is now an internal link and allows them to continue without the pop-over. Internet Explorer does not think this and continues to show the pop-over again and again in a loop. Is this fixable or are we not using it how it was intended and is now outside of the scope of your support? Thanks.
