Visitors get error

It is a MU install and the error is on my subsite, http://support.officeanimation.com.

Chrome says the error is too many redirects. IE just clocks. When I am logged in, the site works just fine.

This site used to work for me about a month ago when I set it up.

Things I did for troubleshooting:
- I don't have any new plug-ins and have deactivated a bunch.
- I get this error even when I change themes.
- When I deactivate the membership plug-in, it works just fine.
- Deleted the plugin directory and re-ftped membership plugin back up.

I have the latest version of membership plugin and latest version of Wordpress 3.4.2.

The site is hosted on WPEngine. I don't know if that matters.

    Greetings Ricki,

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the Membership plugin.

As you had mentioned that the site used to work until about a month ago and that you are hosting with WP Engine which may indeed be something to look at considering that others have been having various issues on that platform though I do not recall them being this specific issue.

Is there anything mentioned in the error logs?

Can you please check the DNS that the asterisk still remains in the DNS settings?

Is there and error log in the root folder that we can look into?

Do they use cPanel or is it something totally different?

And last but not least could you please post a screen shot of the htaccess file?

    Please advise.

    Cheers, Joe
