Just subscribed and the domain I am working on is http://www.bodyangelica.co.za. The plugin is installed and working. What could be causing this?

    The plugin is installed and working.

    I understand that you installed and enable our “WPMU DEV Dashboard” plugin on your site and then logged in using your WPMU DEV account login and password. Is that correct?

    Are there any cache and/or security plugins enabled on your site (e.g. W3 Total Cache, WordFence, iThemes Security, Sucuri etc)? If so, could you please try disabling them and then logout and login back through WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin?
