Website down -- Please help

    I have disabled the snapshot plugin and now the website is working as expected. If you would like to continue using the plugin, we would recommend you to get in touch with its developers for more information on the error and how to resolve it.

    Alternatively, you can use a different backup plugin.

    Should you require any further assistance, please let us know.

    hope you're doing well today! :slight_smile:

    In general, backup plugins are pretty resource-hungry and they are not proposed especially in shared server environments. Is the server you're using a shared one? Please advise!

    Also, when you had Snapshot plugin activated, were you using normal snapshots or managed backups? Keep in mind that if you also had some schedule for automatic backups, you should have selected a time period where the actual traffic in your website is pretty low, so server limits are more difficult to be reached.
