Website downtime on - Socket Timeout and 500 Internal Server Error

Hi There,

I spoke to one of your representatives last week and told them about the downtime alerts we are receiving for one of our websites. Taking their advice I enabled WP_DEBUG and have attached the output to this support ticket.

From this log are you able to help me out with what the problem might be? The errors appear to be a combination of Socket Timeouts and 500 Internal Server Errors.

    I hope you are well today.

    Taking a look at this site's stats in our dashboard, I'm seeing you have a large number of updates that need to be applied to your site. This could be what is causing your issues.

    I recommend creating a full backup of your site then perform a full update of your WordPress core and all plugins and themes. Then test again to see if the issues are experiencing persist. If they are, please reply back here and we'll be happy to dig into this issue further for you.
