My site was down for a few weeks and recently came back up and went back down again. Error 500 is all I see within the HUB and when trying to access the website itself. This is through PC and Mobile. I need help to determine the issue so I can fix it and prevent it from happening again.

    Hello Kathy

    Please try the following:
    1. Use cPanel file manager or FTP and go to /wp-content/ folder, check if there is any cache folder. If so, delete that.
    2. Change htaccess to default wordpress htaccess.
    3. Go to /wp-content/plugins/ folder and rename the cache plugin folder if you have any.
    4. Enable debug mode please go to wp-config.php and change

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    Now visit the site again. That will create a file called debug.log inside wp-content folder. Open that file, check the very bottom and you will see the latest errors. Please send me those.

    Have a nice day!
