Website loses styling

Hi there,

Several of my sites are having issues, and I suspect either Automate or Hummingbird. Many of my sites will load and appear like the following screenshots:

After I clear the page cache, everything goes back to normal (screenshots attached):

I won't touch the site, and it will be fine for a while, and the inexplicably I'll see the site has gone wonky again.

Have you folks seen this issue before? All sites are running WordPress and the Avada theme, but only sites connected to the hub have this issue.

Thanks for your time.

    Hello, Steve

Hope you're well today and thank you for reaching out to us.

As I see here from your screenshot, this may be a page cache issue from your end since there were some changed made from your site or any plugins updated, it can cause the page to break, however, I would suggest you enable Browser Caching on Hummingbird Pro and set the expiry date to 8+days, in order to let the program reset your cache automatically within the time frame of 8 days.

Moreover, I've also checked your site from my end and couldn't see any issue here, please check the screenshot below.

Let me know if there is still an issue so that I could help you fix this and please also grant support access, in order for me to take a closer look into your Smush Pro setting by following these steps below.

    1. Log in to the WordPress Admin Panel for your site (go to the Network Admin dashboard if on Multisite), and then navigate to the “Support” page from the WPMU DEV menu item (WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access)

    2. Click the “Grant Support Access” button in the Support Access panel.

For more information about Granting Support Access please read this guideline: https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Here is a screenshot of how to a support grant access.

After you have granted access, please inform me in this ticket thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Bamboo

    Hi Bamboo,

Thanks for the info, I appreciate you reaching out.

Thanks for the suggestion: browser caching on Hummingbird Pro was already set for 8 days. As you requested, I’ve granted support access. Please let me know if you find something out.

    Hello, Steve

    Thank you for your reply.

After I’ve checked thought out your site and especially Hummingbird Pro setting, it seems like everything is set correctly. I do not see any issue here but I will suggest you update your current theme Avada and all their patches since this site is base on theme function and in order to prevent any issue or bugs, you will need to keep them updated to their current version at all times.

    Hope this helps, thank you.

    Kind regards,

    Bamboo
