Website splintered into two on WPMUdev Hub

I suddenly have http://www.weathertiger.com and http://weathertiger.com listed as two separate websites in my hub. I think this might have happened when I activated CloudFlare through my host, and it requested permission to make sure that http://weathertiger.com redirected to http://www.weathertiger.com. I since decided that CloudFlare wasn't a good fit and deactivated, and even though there are no Current Redirects in my cPanel, I'm still getting redirecting behavior. I'm trying to eliminate this behavior, because it hurts my pagespeed score and thereby possibly SEO. My host is also trying to help, so things might be actively changing, but I'm just not sure if this is a host issue or a WPMUdev issue, so if anyone here has any insight, I'm all ears.

I did not personally do anything, something automatic happened with CloudFlare through the cPanel. I can't find any new code in the .htaccess or anywhere that would explain this, which is why I'm having such a tough time undoing it. I just deleted the non-www site from the hub.

It turns out a overzealous member of the support team at my host did a find-and-replace in my database that completely broke my site, then claimed it was a plugin conflict and deactivated all of my plugins without my permission. I've been working all day to try to get it back to where I started. I don't think this is anything WPMUdev can help with, but thank you for trying.
