We’re testing the Pro Sites signup process, and users are very confused, as the interface and process don’t seem to intuitive. For example, once a user chooses a Pro Sites level and makes their payment via Stripe (or otherwise), an Admin menu appears. But that menu goes to the main site and not the sub-site that the user created. So the users are very confused because they get an error message.
Is there any way to edit this behavior or make the checkout process smoother and less confusing in general?
