We're testing this plugin for a pretty big build. A few questions:

1) Generally speaking, how quick is support to reply to issues.
2) Is there a limit to the amount of members that can subscribe for product on our site?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

    1) Generally speaking, how quick is support to reply to issues.

    We always have 1 staff working through new threads while the rest work through follow ups from oldest to newest so we try to respond to the new threads with in an hour and then if required we'll do the additional followup. Some threads can be rather complex and take more time to resolve.

    2) Is there a limit to the amount of members that can subscribe for product on our site?

    No limit.
