What is the max number of site for WordPress User Sync

We are currently using User Sync on a growing number of sites(200+) and facing issues where some of the sites are not being sync.

Sometimes if we remove a site and add it back, it sync just fine.

So was wondering, can WordPress User Sync handle that number of sites(and more)? And is there any limit to the number of site that we can have syncing?

Or anything we need to know to make that work smoothly.

    Hi InTouch

Hope you are doing good today.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue.
I flagged this thread for our SLS Team (code experts) so that they can dig into this issue further for you. We will post an update here as soon as more information is available.

Please keep in mind that our SLS Team deals with more complicated issues, thus it may take a little longer for them to reply here. Thank you for your patience while we look into this further.

Hi InTouch and sorry for the late reply.

There's isn't a limit on how many sites you could sync actually so this seems like a different kind of 'issue'.

From what you're experiencing it seems that the 'receiving' site might be overwhelmed or not able to handle the requests at that given time that's why the sync might be failing.

Especially if these sites are at a "random" place in the list and the sync continue to work on sites that come after them then it's definitely something regarding the specific child site and not the master site.

The only way to try and get some information though it would be if 1 of these sites where failing 100% each time so we could debug them. Is any of the sites on this position so we could take a look?
