Please excuse me from pressuring you to assist with support, but my clients are questioning why it is taking so long for me to supply them with their new sites.
The only reason for these hold up are the issues I am having with WPMU plugins that I included in their websites.
Although I appreciate I failed to supply you with FTP login info, my concern is how all support appears to be 'public' and shown front end of wpmu. Their appears to be no discreet and private facility where the client and support can exchange support assistance.
I really need to get things resolved as it's been a week since my support request first went to you.
I am a sole operator and as I am sure you appreciate, problem free plugins is my No1 consideration when selecting plugins and the speed that issues are resolved my No2.
