What support system do you use?

What is WPMUDev's actual support system used?

It does not appear to be your plugin or am I mistaken?

    Thanks for your question.

    It's bbPress, and real old version too. It's not the plugin version you're probably familiar with.

    The design and support stuff built on top of it is all custom. We have features like:

    - Flagging for bugs
    - Flagging for Second Level Support
    - Flagging for Developer Feedback
    - Flagging for Feature Request
    - Rep Points
    - Mentions
    - Integration with Asana which we use for tracking all issues, we also have custom stats tracked on various things like response times, tickets dealt with, etc.

    We also have support overviews for tracking support tickets. For all intents of purposes it looks like a forums but it acts like a support desk.

    Although it's bbPress, it is highly customised for our requirements.
