Hummingbird + Username

When the hummingbird plugin and its caching is active, i am not able to see part of the designs that i created using the Elementor page builder. When it is inactive, i am able to view my design changes. What do you think is causing this to happen? Is there a way to prevent it?

Also, i would like my WPMU DEV username to be changed, is there a way for me to change it in my account settings.

    Hello there Jason,

hope you’re doing good today!

I’ve tried to replicate this in a test site of mine, but wasn’t able to.

Could you please elaborate a bit more on this issue? Is this happening for all pages edited with Elementor plugin? Some replication steps will be highly appreciated.

Do you also use free version? This is what I used in my tests at least.

Could you also grant us with support access to your website to see the issues in action?

You can do so via WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin, as described here:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#chapter-5

Just let us know that access is granted as we don’t get notifications about it.

Also, i would like my WPMU DEV username to be changed, is there a way for me to change it in my account settings.

I’m afraid this isn’t possible as we can’t edit our database to change your username :slight_frown:

You can still edit your Nickname which is going to be visible in all of your activity. Simply visit this link

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-admin/profile.php

when logged-in on our site and change your Nickname, click save and then in the Display name publicly as drop down field select the name you just created and save again.

    Warm regards,

    Dimitris
