When a user navigates to www.MYURL.com/jobs they are redirected to the home page

When a user navigates to http://www.PTI*****ing.com/jobs they are redirected to the home page. Why is this? Please fix this and tell me what you did. I'm using Upfront Parrot theme. No custom coding exists. Support access granted. Thank you

    Hello @BGF,
I hope you are doing well today!

Sorry for the last reply, it wasn't for this thread. I apologize for the confusion!

The Support Access has expired, could you please grant that again, so I could check your configuration?
As a quick reminder, you go to WPMU DEV > Support > Support Access > Grant Access. You could also check this manual: http://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login

    Meanwhile, try both of these:
    - Disable all the plugins
    - Change your theme to the default

Keep us posted on the results!
    Cheers,
    Denitsa

    Hello BGF,
I hope you are having a fantastic day!

I saw your Support Access wasn’t actually expired, sorry about that!

I’ve made a plugin conflict test on your website, and used the Parrot theme on my sandbox site for tests, even tried replicating you settings to make sure it’s not the theme that’s causing the problem, but all looks well. Do you perhaps have any custom redirect rules or mu-plugins that could be causing this?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Cheers,
    Denitsa

Thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot this. I certainly appreciate it.

I can confirm that there are no custom redirect rules or mu-plugins.

Thanks in advance for rectifying this problem for me

    Hello BGF,
    Hope you’re doing great today!

If you could send us your FTP access I will be happy to investigate this further.
You can send us your details using our contact form and this template:

    Subject: "Attn: Denitsa Slavcheva"
    - WordPress admin username
    - WordPress admin password
    - login url
    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - link back to this thread for reference
    - any other relevant urls

**If you keep support access active then no need to send in wp-admin

Make sure you have the "I have a different question" from the drop-down box selected, this way the message won’t be made public. The subject line ensures that it gets assigned to me.

Take care and have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Denitsa

    Hey there BGF ,
I hope you're doing great today!

I sent you a link directly to the "I have a different question" form, that's why you don't see a drop-down. My mistake, sorry!

Also, I can't seem to get FTP access with the credentials you provided, but I think what you're having could be caused by the way that WordPress and Multisite work by default, actually. Meaning, that if you visit a page, for example, at MYURL.com/sample-page and http://www.MYURL.com/sample-page, depending on your domain setup it'll route to the home page for one of them, even on Single sites.

This is exactly what I am experiencing on you site. I.e., when entering http://www.MYURL.com/sample-page I get the right page, while just MYURL.com/sample-site redirects me to the home page.
I believe the following adjustment to the .htaccess might solve this for you (most likely the non-www to http://www.domain part):
    http://soapster.co.uk/2010/08/31/www-and-non-www-for-wordpress-using-htaccess-canonicalization/

If you try this, but it doesn't work for you, could you please try sending your credentials over again via the form (https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/) ? Just to remind you:

    Subject: "Attn: Denitsa Slavcheva"
    - WordPress admin username
    - WordPress admin password
    - login url
    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - link back to this thread for reference
    - any other relevant urls

**If you keep support access active then no need to send in wp-admin

Again, kindly make sure you have the "I have a different question" from the drop-down box selected.

Sorry for the inconvenience you are having! Keep us posted on the results!
    Kind regards,
    Denitsa
