I would respond to the ticket again but I learned that you have this ridiculous system that pushes my ticket to the bottom of the queue if I actually ask you on an open ticket: "What the heck is going on?" Are you going to get around to unblocking my IP's?
I am forced to open up a new ticket each and every time to get your attention. Precisely how long must I wait to hear back on this? In fact, I've found yet another site that I thought was working and now I'm learning that I can't install plugins on another site that I thought was good to go.
Can you please provide even halfway decent support for this issue? I'm getting increasingly frustrated.
