When I try to import a snapshot, I get an error message?

When I try to import a snapshot, I get an error message saying that the manifest data not shown in archive. I unzipped the file and the manifest file is there so I’m not sure what the problem could be.

    This usually happens for 2 reasons, either the snapshot wasn’t created properly, or it didn’t download correctly when you transferred it.

    How are you downloading it from your site? if via the browser, can you instead try to download it directly using your FTP client rather than your browser, and see if that helps?

    I created the snapshot to my dropbox destination but it was taking too long to show up there so I downloaded it via ftp, dropped it back into my dropbox account and used that link to import it through the snapshot import panel. I left all of the settings to default except for the destination.
