When will the Support System support non-super admins as support staff?

I have read in the document that this is an upcoming feature, I am just trying to gauge when...
Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4 of 2015.

Also at some point do you see this plugin being supported as a single site enabled in a multisite environment?

    Yes indeed, the ability to assign tickets to other than the network admin is a top priority for the developer.

    We cannot provide ETAs as feature developments have a tendency to shift according to things like need, popularity, marketability, and the ever-important yet wholly unpredictable snafu. :slight_smile:

    But it definitely coming in a soon-to-be-available update.

    As for being able to use it on a subsite in a multisite environment, that is already available in the plugin. You can select the site in your network that you wish to use as a support portal (screenshot).

    However, when installed on a network install, it must be network-activated.
