Where can I found the Subscription plans details

Hi there!

I have a WPMU DEV Bronze Membership and I pay 19$ each month to support one WPMU network.

Currently I'm working on a several projects, and I would like to add a WPMUDEV support to others networks but I can't find the page in wpmudev.org where I can see all the details of the support plans.

Could you please show me a URL?

Actually with my account I have only a upgrade available to Gold Member, but I don't understand what it includes (it costs 48.23 $/month).

Do you think is possible to open another WPMU DEV Bronze Membership account for my client? I don't know if we can share my same account and maybe they wont to open a new one.

    You will find some information about the WPMU membership plan by logged in and visiting the following URL.

    You can't share the same account but can open another WPMU DEV Membership account for your client.

    For more detailed information about it you can consider contacting our accounting and billing department using our secure contact form on https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/ Select "I have a different question" from the dropdown on the above form.

    I need more information about the Gold Plan because maybe it could be a good option for me looking for more proyect.

    The only informations available inside the page are:
    - Priority Feature Requests
    - Priority WordPress support
    - Our Most Valued Members

    So I have a lot of questions!

    1 - What does it mean "Priority Feature Requests". How longo do I have to wait to receive my first response?

    2 - What does it mean "Priority WordPress support"?
    3 - What does it mean "Our Most Valued Members"?
    4 - How many network can I include inside my same account? 5? 10?
    5 - If I connect a network A to my account, can I change in the future the account owner (for example my clients wants to use another wpmudev account reletad to the network)
    6 - Using the Gold plan is possible to make a single annual payment?
    7 - Using the Silver plan is possible to make a single annual payment?

    Thanks for your reply. Sorry if there was any confusion but we don't actually offer silver or bronze membership anymore.

    We still honor those who already have those plans, but you can't create new memberships on those plans.

    These all currently pertain to our full support for all of WordPress. With a Gold/Full membership, we'll gladly assist with all WordPress related concerns. :slight_smile:

    For feature request priority, Full/Gold members have priority when it comes to features that are requested. We'll do our best to accommodate their requests for new features.

    With a Full/Gold membership, yes! You can use our service for all your projects!

    Yes. Full/Gold membership would require a single payment to be made upfront for the year of service.

    Sure, just as with our Full/Gold membership. Though we don't actually offer that plan any longer, sorry.
