Where does Pro Sites "premium support" questions go?

I have Pro Sites installed, and have just received my first premium support question, problem is, it ain’t so premium when I as an admin can’t even locate where the heck these questions are?

I expected to find an url in the message, and also in the menu, a link to a support-ticket system of some sort so I can keep track of my users support questions, but I cant find any?

Please advice what to do…
