[WHMCS Bridge Plugin] WHMCS Bridge domain checker does not work

I have a wordpress multisite with WHMCS. I use WHMCS Bridge to link my wordpress multisite with WHMCS for single sign on. The problem is that when i link whmcs bridge with whmcs, then my domain checker does not work. No matter what domain name (exisiting or new) i enter, instead of sayig available or taken it just says "is unavailable". Can someone please assist me? https://waynes.co/clientportal

    Hi Winston

    I hope you're well today and thank you for your question!

    Did it started to happen just recently or it's like that from the start? If it's only recently - where there any changes made to the site before the issue occurred?

    The basic troubleshooting should also include two test:

    1. Checking WP debugging output
    - enable WP debug by adding following lines to the "wp-config.php" file above the "/* That's all, stop editing */" line

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
    define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    - trigger the issue (preferably a couple of times)
    - look for the "debug.log" file inside "/wp-content" folder on your server to see if there are any errors reported

    2. Full conflict test: that means switching the main site to Twenty Seventeen theme and disabling all the plugins except WHMCS Bridge (and any that are absolutely necessary for WHMCS Bridge/WHMCS integration to work) and checking if the same thing happens. If not, then switch one of the plugin back and check again - continue switching them on "one by one" until either the issue occurs again (then then last enabled one would be the most probable source of the conflict) or until all are enabled back. If all are enabled back and still no problem - then enable theme back and it will most likely be that. Take a look at this flow-chart here, please:

    I suggest starting with these two tests to see if they can put some light on the case.

    However, I would also strongly recommend trying to get some support form plugin's developer first. You'll find support forum for the plugin here:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/whmcs-bridge

    or you can try to reach them out directly at https://i-plugins.com/

    I'm pretty sure they might be already familiar with similar cases so it's worth a shot :slight_smile:

    Best regards,
    Adam
