    Hi there @Oliver

Welcome to WPMU DEV, glad to have you aboard!

I just logged into your site to check your settings. Everything looks fine in your WordPress install, except for the URL you entered in the URL Encoder tool. I changed that to the correct URL (it must be a URL from your WHMCS install, not your WordPress site).

I believe the issue is likely due to one or both of the following:

    - The URLs you have entered in your settings at your WHMCS install and your WordPress site are not exactly the same. They must be; if one is https, both must be https; if one has www in it, both must have www. Please double-check the URLs in both your WordPress and WHMCS installs.

    - It looks like your WHMCS install is on the same server as your WordPress site. Please double-check that is correctly configured following the directions in the "WordPress and WHMCS on the Same Server" section of the plugin usage instructions here:

    HI,

    many thanks for your help.

I have check the WHMCS system url and it's correct: http://portal.kiramail.com/ ... there is not https in WHMCS, so the wordpress matches WHMCS.

yes, WHMCS is on the same server installed as wordpress

I have followed your guide and put WHMCS under its own domain - portal.kiramail.com - original location http://www.kiramail.com/zimbraportal

so all is setup correctly and I am still getting :

WHMCS Integration: Failure when receiving data from the peer

    Please, help.

Hey @Oliver, thanks for your patience here!

I just had a look at your site, and it looks like the WHMCS integration is working as it should, I'm not seeing that this error is coming up anymore:

WHMCS Integration: Failure when receiving data from the peer

Could you confirm if it's working properly on your end as well?

If it isn't for some reason though, could you please mention where specifically you're seeing this error show up, and could you send in the following:

    - Mark to my attention, the subject line should contain only: ATTN: Michael Bissett
    - Do not include anything else in the subject line, doing so may delay our response due to how email filtering works.
    - Link back to this thread
    - Include WordPress admin access details
    - Include FTP log-in details
    - Include WHMCS Admin details
    - Include any relevant URLs for your site

On the contact form, select "I have a different question", this ensures it comes through and gets assigned to me.

    Thanks!

    Kind Regards,
    Michael
