Whoops, looks like you skipped a step!

I'm about to checkout and I get this message: Whoops, looks like you skipped a step! Please go back and try again. (I am logged in as a testuser at this point)

And it links me back to the payment page... which just has the PayPal button..

but it always displays that message..

Why is that?

    This happens to me as well using the Authorize.net TEST credentials. The process is enter address info, enter billing info, click continue and confirm the order. On that confirmation page it says looks like you missed a step.

    It looks like when I do the checkout process, the Full Name does not carry through.

    Here are some cases and the results:

    1) Logged in user. Go through the process and when you get to store/shopping-cart/confirm-checkout/ the Full Name is missing and the "Whoops it looks like you skipped a step" message is displayed at the bottom

    2) Logged out user. Go through the process and when you get to store/shopping-cart/confirm-checkout/ all the shipping info is missing.

    Do you have an example of a site where this is working correctly?
