Why can't I install a plugin yet I am on a membership plan?

I want to install a premium plugin using the WPMU tool but everytime I try to install I get an error an “Internal server error 500” – What is wrong?

    Hello Geoffrey , hope you’re doing well!

    500 internal server error is the most common WordPress error. Usually, it meant that the site’s recourses are low.

    Please add the following line to your wp-config.php file to increase PHP Memory limit:

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '3000M');

    Make sure that you insert this line BEFORE /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ in the wp-config.php file. Note: check if you have already a line define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT..); with a different value inside, in case you do, just replace the number with 3000.

    This should fix this issue.

    If this will not work, please try the suggestions described in this post:

    Let me know how it went!

    Kind regards,
