Why do tickets take so long to resolve?

I don't know how to get your attention other than opening up another ticket. This is not the first time you guys go silent after responding quickly. I've identified a WPMU Plugin issue where I'm getting 403 errors when I'm trying to re-verify certain sites. All my sites are hosted on Rackspace so there is no configuration issue blocking WPMU plugin updates.

I've been waiting 2 days for a response. I've given you the IP's for all the sites. All the sites have been manually updated (uploaded the files into the plugin folder) but it looks like you guys might be blocking my sites. Almost all of them have the same IP.
